LSC Development, LLC purchased an infill land parcel located at 1180 Irving Park Rd. in Bensenville, IL, DuPage County. The newly developed 4-story storage facility consists of 83,207 NRSF and 739 storage units. The key feature of this facility is a 90-foot-long by 31-foot-wide drive-thru loading with drive-up units on both sides. The facility is located just over 1 mile west of O’Hare International Airport, at the intersection of Irving Park Road (IL Route 19) & Busse Road (IL Route 83). The facility opened in June of 2025 and is managed by Extra Space.
