LSC Development acquired a 1960 vacant office/warehouse building located in Harwood Heights, IL. The building was gutted and completely
renovated including structural walls, new metal panel exterior facade, new roof, overhead door, windows and storefronts. Drive-thru loading was
added, new storage units, elevators, HVAC units, new motion sensor lighting as well as the class A interior finishes in the retail office and monthto-month office suites. The project was completed in 2013 and sold to Extra Space in 2016.
