LSC Development, LLC purchased an existing building located at 1220 Norwood Ave. in Itasca, IL. The development consisted of raising the existing roof of the 1-story building and adding 2 additional stories. The key feature of this facility is a 191-foot-long by 24-foot-wide drive-thru loading with drive-up units on both sides. The facility is located just southwest of I-390 and Rohlwing Rd. intersection in Itasca’s business park in the northwest part of town. The project was completed in January of 2024 and it is managed by Extra Space.
