LSC Development has acquired a 5-story office building in Lombard, IL, on a 10.5-acre site along North Avenue (IL Route 64) near the Veterans Memorial Tollway (I-355) exit. The building was repurposed into an 81,714-square-foot storage facility with 662 storage units, 64 surface parking spaces, and 7,622 square feet of office space. A key feature of this facility is the two-bay indoor loading area, along with secure storage options for RVs, vehicles, and boats. The facility opened in January of 2026 and is managed by Extra Space.
