LSC Development, LLC purchased a 1960’s vintage Sears retail store at 4400 S. Western Ave. in Oklahoma City, OK. The conversion of the vacant 1-story building into a storage facility consisted of 122,842 NRSF and 891 storage units. The key feature of this facility is a 25-foot wide by 430-foot long L-shaped drive-thru loading with large drive-up contractor units. The development site is situated in a dense retail corridor. This facility is part of a major redevelopment that includes a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Vasa Fitness, 7-Eleven convenience store/gas station, Starbucks, BancFirst, and Allegiance Federal Credit Union. The new facility opened in November of 2024 and is managed by Extra Space.
