LSC Development acquired a former Dominick’s grocery anchored center and converted a portion of the center into 68,357 SF of fully climate
controlled self storage. The exterior and interior of the building were renovated. Exterior renovation consisted of new metal facade, painting, new
roof and rooftop units, windows and doors, as well as resurfacing of the parking lot. The existing rear employee parking was converted to 6,624
square feet of surface storage spaces with a secure gate entrance. The second floor mezzanine level was added to increase square footage of
the facility. The interior received new storage units, new elevators, drive- thru loading dock and a new retail office. 25K SF was later built out as
a retail space for the Tractor Supply. The property was sold to Extra Space in 2020.
