LSC Development acquired land with two existing buildings on the corner of 30th Ave and Brooklyn Expressway. One lot was sold and the building on the remaining lot was demolished to provide room for a new, ground-up 3-story + cellar 89,066 SF facility featuring 1,692 storage units. The project was completed in July 2022 and was sold to Carlyle Group in December 2023.
